The HP7 Pro does not store the original images of human faces or palm vein patterns. It only stores the processed images locally on the device to support the authorized unlocking as you wish.
The bio recognition technology in HP7 Pro operates ENTIRELY LOCALLY on the product that you control and manage yourself, and only serves the sole purpose of supporting your decision of unlocking. During the whole course, the saved data always only contains technical value, i.e. the biometric data obtained from the templates you proactively provided in advance (such as facial images, palm vein template), which cannot be used to reconstruct your original data.
The optimal palm vein scanning distance ranges from 15 cm to 25 cm for adults, with a recommended distance of 10 cm for children. These distances may vary depending on environmental conditions, such as strong sunlight.
Please note that the HP7 Pro only supports managing EZVIZ devices.
Users are able to customize the ringtone sent by the indoor display by touch controls or via the EZVIZ App. The outdoor doorbell only provides one default ringtone and cannot be customized.
