• Currently, the T33 supports more than 8,000 mainstream brands and carriers. A complete list of compatible devices and brands can be found here.
• For devices and appliances that use infrared remote controls but are not on the T33's compatibility list, users can try to add them via the EZVIZ App on the Add appliance-Custom page and follow the instructions to synchronize the functions of their controls with the T33. For more details, please refer to the user manual.
• Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa are not available in certain languages and countries, and specific functions are subject to change. Users must have a compatible voice assistant device to control the T33. Please refer to the device page of your EZVIZ App for final information.
• To enjoy offline controls via the T3C Smart Button, the T3C firstly needs to be stably connected via an EZVIZ Home Gateway. The Home Gateway and T3C Smart Button must be purchased separately. Users can customize automation tasks on the EZVIZ App to explore the use of the T33 for more tasks.
